DIALOGUE 7: NAIDA AND HIKARU

Naida and Hikaru are in front of Daisuke's cell, where he is taken in custody, considering his high depression case. He is screaming and sobbing.

Hikaru (to Naida): As you can see, he's still in the delirious state. He has withdrawn into himself completely, he doesn't react almost at all to external incitations. And even worse, he has almost no desire to live (her eyes fill with tears). It's dangerous, but we have nothing else than electroshock as a mean for saving him...

(Daisuke screams senseless words)
Naida: But what's he saying?
Hikaru: Daisuke-san!

Naida (to Hikaru): You love Duke, don't you? (Hikaru blushes but she does not answer her) In fact, it was just so. Me too love Duke, more than you. Goodbye.

FIRST COMMENTS

Hikaru talks about "Daisuke-san". In the medical room, she forces herself to refer to him as "Duke Fleed" talking to Naida (she quiet mistaken his name, and corrected herself).

But the medical room scene is the only time Hikaru refers to the guy as "Duke Fleed" in the anime: here and in all other scenes of the story she always talks to and about him as only "Daisuke-san", as she promised him in ep23.
